"Lightning Boy" Plays Drytown Club April 20

Sacramento -- Kory Gibbs is a 13-year-old with magic fingers playing his guitar!

In this video, Kory -- aka "Lightning Boy" -- riffs out a favorite Stevie Ray Vaughan blues jam.

"The Lightning Boy Band" performs Saturday night, April 20, at the historic Drytown Club (in Drytown) and promises a unique show by Kory Gibbs, the sensational 13-year-old guitarist home grown in Amador County. There's a $5 per person cover charge for the 7 p.m. show.

An event for the entire family, the Wakamatsu Farm Festival benefits the historic Wakamatsu Tea and Silk Colony Farm, located at 941 Cold Springs Road, Placerville, CA. This year’s festival takes place on Saturday, May 18th from 10 am to 4 pm. Gates open at 9:30 am and tickets are available online - $20/adult; $7 youth; under 10 is FREE.
