Rancho Cordova iFest is a festival celebrating the ethnic diversity of the community and reaching out to newcomer groups by offering an opportunity for them to showcase their cultural heritage. The event is a free, family-friendly evening offered in a park setting. It celebrates the sounds, dance and tastes from around the world… and around the corner. Our motto is "Small world. Big party."

Call for Artists for 2013 Rancho Cordova Our Town Exhibit

Be part of the Rancho Cordova 10th Anniversary Celebration!

Artists living in the Rancho Cordova area, or with other significant ties to Rancho Cordova, are invited to participate in a new exhibit opening July 2 at Rancho Cordova City Hall.

Underwear & Sock Drive April 30

The Folsom Cordova Unified School District Liaison for Homeless Services has informed Project 680 of a big need for new underwear and socks for the homeless students in the FCUSD. Therefore, Project 680 will be holding a socks and underwear drive through April 30. We are asking for NEW (not used) socks and underwear in
all sizes and appropriate styles for boys and girls in grades K-12.

Kiehl's Celebrates Grand Opening with Edible Sac High Benefit

Kiehl’s Since 1851, the venerable New York-based purveyor of fine quality skin and hair care preparations, will celebrate the grand opening of its modern apothecary retail store at Arden Fair, the first in the greater Sacramento area, with a special event featuring its local charity partner, “Edible Sac High”, coordinated by Greenwise Joint Venture, which is modeled after Alice Waters’ Edible Schoolyard.

It is the only program of its kind at a high school level in the U.S.

News10 My Neighborhood to receive award today at Kross Kountry-4-Kids Celebration

Kross Kountry-4-Kids A Journey-4-Justice Finishes April 14th

A BBQ celebration Sunday hosted by Folsom Harley-Davidson marks the conclusion of a two week cross country and back ride for Kross Kountry-4-Kids A Journey-4-Justice. The Army Of Angels,the International Child Abuse Prevention Task Force, Folsom HOG and dozens of other groups will be in attendance at the event scheduled from Noon until 3:00 P.M. The runs accomplishments, reviewing the current call to action over the next year to better protect children and making some major announcements about Kross Kountry-4-Kids 2014. will be covered.

The Kross Kountry-4-Kids A Journey-4-Justice team joined by International Child Abuse Prevention Month Task Force members,participants and Army Of Angels.

Volunteers Wanted To Assist In Revitalizing WynSpring

Help Support Center Serving Foster Families

Volunteers are wanted to assist with painting,repairs and general revitalization of
WynSpring Family Resource Center,a Sacramento based non-profit organization
that works with children in foster care,helping to progressively provide for their
comprehensive needs.Help is needed painting,doing repairs,supplying and
organizing toys,books and crafts supplies as well as offering refreshments for the work crew.

WynSpring Family Resource Center is located at 2755 Cottage Way #16, Sacramento
